COVID-19 EXAM NOTICE
Association COVID -19 Vaccine PolicyPLEASE BE ADVISED as of October 4,2021: Upon attending the provincial examination, you must arrive with:
- A Photo ID.
- An acceptable non-medical face mask (must be worn at all times)
- MODELS for Esthetics and Make-up must show proof of full vaccination. Visual proof of Vaccination will be required, along with a photo ID.
- A face shield (if scheduled for an Esthetics exam, Facials, Eyelashes and Make-up Artistry), must be worn while performing practical testing.
- Gloves
- Disinfectant or Disinfectant Wipes
- Hand Sanitizer
When you arrive for your exam please line up in the front of the building until you are able to enter the building (someone will notify you when it’s time). Your model can accompany you.
Every individual entering the building will be screened for COVID-19 prior to beginning examination.
Hands must be washed with soap and water or santized prior to entering the exam area (facilities available).
When you enter the examination area, a designated seat will be assigned to you with your Cosmetology Association Member number displayed on the desk and/or station.
Please arrive at least 15 - 20 minutes early for your scheduled exam.
