Desiree Couillard is a Master Esthetician and mentor with over 17 years of experience in the cosmetology industry across British Columbia, Alberta and Nova Scotia.

Throughout her career, Desiree has prioritized continuous growth through interprovincial and international education, while learning from mentors who have shaped both her technical skills and her approach to the profession. The impact of those mentors inspired Desiree to pay that support forward, and she has proudly mentored students and emerging professionals throughout her career.

Desiree has also contributed to the industry through volunteer work, including serving as a judge at Skills Canada competitions as well as a board director on the Cosmetology Association of Nova Scotia. She is passionate about continuing education, professional standards, sustainability, and creating consistent systems and practices that support quality and success.
