Intercultural Workplace Programs

Immigration Services Association of Nova Scotia (ISANS) works with employers and employer-partners to provide workplaces where every person is valued for what they can contribute, regardless of national origin. They know that differences and stereotypes often limit success. They assist employers to increase staff awareness and knowledge about the benefits immigrants bring to workplaces, and to improve retention across the workforce.
